How I can help your Business

I offer high quality telemarketing for your business. Incorporating all the usual services associated with this including data cleansing, lead generation, and appointment making. If there is any other area you need help with which I haven’t outlined, please raise it.

I will work from your brief outlining what you want to achieve from the campaign. I assimilate details about your company background and, the main selling points of your product / service, any USP’s and any special offers you are currently running to attract new customers. I tend to work from excel spreadsheets of data supplied by yourselves and document each phone call outcome with comprehensive notes, against each record. I can guarantee a minimum of 20 calls per hour – max 25 per hour, depending on the nature of the campaign.

I can use your CRM systems. if required, I can supply the data, however there are obviously cost implications. As a preference, I would rather work from your data.

I will provide progress back to you with an update and summary of results generated at the end of each session, in addition provide the updated spreadsheet/data for your perusal.

I can send emails to prospective clients as per your requirements. I am available to answer any emails should you need to contact me whilst I am engaged with working for you.

I only book out sessions in blocks of 5 hours as a minimum, which is a guaranteed 100-125 calls made. This is since good results cannot be determined in any less time. 80% of sales typically require an average of 5 follow-up calls (Invesp).

All call costs are covered in my rate, however overseas calling rates are to be discussed if required.
